Double Front Kick chest level for fake / low kick & high level for accuracy.

Single Mountain Block Outside Face Block which wrist is located on the line of philtrum and Low Block.

Pull & Jaw Strike Pulling-hand ends in the height of the shoulder. Isometric motion for 8 seconds, do not hit fast at the end.

Front Cross Stance step with the ball of the front foot.

Front Kick → Tiger Stance Palm Block Retrieving to the original position, consecutively the left foot pushed a step backward, at the same time drawing the right foot.
