Represents the sun that is the source of all energy. The student is preparing for his/her black belt by refining his/her skills to the smallest details. Total awareness, speed, power, accuracy, endurance and knowledge will be the determining factor on whether the student will earn his/her black belt.

Poomsae represents ponderosity and firmness which has many unbalanced movements. You can practice the sense of balance and managing the flow of muscular power.

Assisted Palm Block at the height of the pit of chest.

Back Fist Strike in height of the philtrum from shoulder. Twist waist as much as your hand get straight out.

Covered Fist Ready Stance pull left foot first and cover right fist to neck level for 5 seconds.

Knee Strike Raise knee above the waist, pull fists beside the anklebone as if grabbing and hit in the head by the knee and stomping opponent’s foot.
