Every kick should be performed with face height unless otherwise specified by bending knee → kicking → bending knee.

When Kicking, vertex of the kick must be displayed clearly without stopping motion of the knee bending or holding the kick to emphasize the kick.

  • Knee and ankle up over belt lever
  • Kicking over a chair with keeping knee and ankle up
  • Turning pivot foot to 180° when kicking
  • Walking on the foot blade :make big toe(hallux) upward and other toes downward to make foot blade.
  • Groin stretching
  • Lateral raising stretching
  • Kick face lever and higher
